What is an Energy Healing?

All living things are surrounded by electromagnetic energy field that is called an aura. This energy is always attracting energies from other bodies - other peoples' thoughts and feelings. During our day-to-day activities we often pick up energies from others. We can become overloaded with foreign energy. This causes us to feel stressed, depressed, spaced out, and basically not ourselves.

An energy healing is a very simple, relaxing way to release energies that are not ours. A healer uses neutral energy to wash through the aura to remove foreign energies. The process takes about 10 minutes.
