The Male Vibration

Hello! I am writing this article to tell all men there is hope in whatever is going on in their life today. I am not the man I use to be since arriving at SRF almost nine years ago. This place has saved my life.

When I took my first class I was recently divorced. I had anger bottled up in my space that was affecting my relationships with family, friends and co-workers. In my marriage I had little permission to do the things I loved to do. If I took a karate class or went for a motorcycle ride, I would get yelled at when I got home. My wife would be angry because I was doing something separate from her. This caused us to argue almost all the time. To dull the pain and frustration I took drugs and drank alcohol.

The male classes helped me stand up to the energies that wanted to block me from doing the things I loved to do. The techniques helped me release the built up anger and frustration from my past relationships and situations. And because I was able to release the energy from the past in a safe way, I no longer needed drugs or alcohol to numb the pain. This was a life transformation for me.

Men understand men. When a group of men are together, whether in class or on a male retreat, there is a safe place to express, communicate and release built up issues. I realize that if men come to the Academy and use the techniques and concepts that are taught, they can get back to their own male vibration, which will benefit themselves and others in their life.
In my next article I will talk about how to overcome the pain of losing a child in a custody battle.
