Confirmation

It was wise for the framers of the U.S. Constitution to divide the Federal government into three branches - Executive, Legislative and Judicial. If they had not done so then the Bill Of Rights would have been a worthless document.

A separation of powers is necessary if the Rule of Law is to ensure that every individual has the God given right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It is the only way that the Spirit of the Law can harness the Letter of the Law for the safety and security of every citizen regardless of race, color, creed, national origin or sexual gender.

In order to avoid the sorts of situations we saw televised during the Thomas Hearings, the framers of the U.S. Constitution did what they knew had to be done for the protection of its citizenry. They recognized that allowing absolute power to be held in the hands of one individual or organization would eventually bring forth a dictatorship, because they recognized that power has a tendency to corrupt even those with the best of intentions. In fact, they had witnessed this tyranny with King George III of G reat Britain.

It has been said in the "Biblical Book Of Life Experience" - namely, Ecclesiastes, there is a time for everything under the sun. A time to laugh, a time to cry, a time to eat and a time to sleep, etc. Likewise, there is a place for everything. The activities of the Senate Judiciary Committee in regard to Judge Thomas were "out of place." They misused Judge Thomas as a means to disgrace the President of the United States, their intention being that the American people would be appalled by President Bush' s selection of Judge Thomas in light of his alleged past history of sexual harassment. In fact, the subject of sexual harassment is out of line and out of context.

The statute of limitation is clearly established under the "Rule of Law." The Legislative branch is the elected body that wrote the law. They had no business, other than foul business, in bringing up the subject to begin with. The law is to protect the indivisible rights of Judge Thomas and Anita Hill. As lawyers (Senators) - they knew better. Judge Thomas, an appellate Judge, informed them that what they were doing was clearly wrong. They knew it before they did it. Jurisprudence was not respected f or Christ sake. What they did - they did without excuse, not acting with the spirit of compassion that the letter of the law supposedly embodies. Hence, the law, in the case of Judge Thomas, was unjust, because the spirit of forgiveness was not in the heart of the lawgivers.

What was done by the Committee, was done with premeditated manslaughter in mind, by the conspirators. Unless the "Rule of Law" does encompass forgiveness, then punishment extends beyond what can be considered justice and mercy. Where mercy is forgotten, the reign of cruelty begins to slay in the spirit and the heart becomes downtrodden. Then, of course, rehabilitation, through repentance is extremely difficult.

It has been said, "if you can't do the time then don't do the crime." The Senate Judiciary Committee was cruel towards Judge Thomas because there was no crime (at least according to the statute of limitation), therefore at no time was it proper to bring up the subject to begin with. To do so would be immoral and unethical.

It is the President of the Executive branch of government that has the right to select the nominee on behalf of the American people. The Legislative branch hasn't the lawful right to ridicule the Presidential choice by parading his nominee before the American people. The lawful right of the Legislative branch is to confirm or deny the nominee based upon a reasonable assessment. When the Legislative branch takes it upon itself to manipulate the emotions of the American people for its own ends, a violation of trust has taken place. In fact, the intelligence of the American people is insulted beyond repair.

Whenever it is allowable for lawmakers to judge another according to the law they wrote, then the potential of a demigod begins to arise from the heart of the wicked fool who has need of a learning lesson - that a seditious activity is taking place. And, as much as I hate to say it, that's exactly what the Senate Judiciary Committee did in regard to the Confirmation Hearing. They intentionally made a mockery of the U.S. Constitution by not upholding the tenets of the Bill Of Rights, violating the trust of the American people where they have sworn that they would uphold the sacred principles of that sacred document.

America is supposedly a land where the Rule of Law is King. The King (any individual or organization) is not Law in this America. At least, this is not the way it is supposed to be. Here, unlike other places in the world, an individual is innocent until proven guilty. Yet, in the case of Judge Thomas, the Senate Judiciary Committee did overstep their bounds. They interfered with the power of the Executive branch by leaking the allegations of sexual harassment to the news media. They also interfered wi th the power of the Judicial branch by transforming the Confirmation Hearings into the Confirmation Trial.

If what the Senate Judiciary Committee did is not a seditious act then I do not understand what trying to overthrow the government means. It is ironic that what they accused Oliver North of doing - not participating in the "checks and balance system of government" - they did in the case of Judge Thomas.

If the Senate Judiciary Committee would do such a thing to Judge Thomas, then every individual is in jeopardy of being slain in the spirit or killed in the flesh. The State is not above the leash law, anymore than a dog. It can just as easily bite a friend as well as a foe. The temperament of the State is not to be trusted under any circumstances. It must be kept accountable by the people. And the people of the land are represented by the "Church" and not the "Press." The "Press" cannot be the voice o f the people when the "Press" is a private concern of a certain individual or organization that owns it. Yet, the "Press" (a private corporation) seems to act like it is the fourth (4) power of government.

It is the "Church" and not the "Press" that is to watch the State. The purpose of the "Church," since the "Church" is a Theocracy, is to scream like "Paul Revere" if the State tries to institute a form of government other than a Republic for the people to govern the elected officials. And whenever money can elect or keep someone in office rather than the "Common Sense" of the individual respecting the "Rule of Common Law" injustice for the citizenry will begin and crime will rise and continue to rise un til anarchy of one form of another takes place.

A Theocracy of the Church and a Republic of the State is compatible, just as a husband and wife are in marriage. The Church, however, is not compatible with a Democracy or Monarchy whether it is founded upon Capitalism or Socialism. Capitalism is kept intact by monetary rule, and Socialism is kept intact by military rule. A Republic, however, is kept intact by the "Rule of Common Law."

It is the First Amendment responsibility of the "Church" to be the watch dog of the State. The "Church" must be free from any reprisal from the State. Look at what the Soviet Union did to the Church. It abolished it. Why? So the State could enslave the people. You'll notice that the Soviet Union didn't abolish the Press. A separation between Church and State is a must. The "Church" is a Theocracy while the State is either a Republic or a Democracy that is either a Monarchy or a Socialistic governmen t.

It is the State and not the "Church" that is to watch the "Press." The "Church" is well aware that the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights, regarding "freedom of speech and religion," doesn't necessarily apply to the "News Media." It applies to the people and the "Church." What most people fail to realize is that the U.S. Constitution and Bill Of Rights is a sacred document for the people as the governors. The framers didn't have private business in mind when they wrote the U.S. Constitution, but the lives of the people, as their business to keep their lives private and well protected.

It is the "Living God" and not the State or the Press that is to watch the "Church." The State and the Press are the by-product of the people. The people are not a by-product of the State or the Press. They are the by-product of the Living God as His Children of Light that are upon earth to delight in His Enlightenment.

It is the responsibility of every American citizen to listen unto the God of their heart to see clearly if the State or the Press is overstepping their bounds. The State is, under no circumstance, to try to control the free will of the people. Mental manipulation is a crime against the people! Likewise, the State has the responsibility to ensure that the Press does not manipulate the people, to fulfil its private concerns, over the welfare of the people. One has to remember that the State is a public con cern while the Press is a private concern. The interests of the two clash as in the game of "cops and robbers."

I have been saying for years that the forefathers of this country did not intend for a Democracy to be put into place, but a Republic in place of a Democracy. Anyone taking time to read the "Federalist Papers" can clearly see that the framers were against a Democracy. Whenever a Democracy stands in place of a Republic, then pluralism will favor capitalism over and beyond the rights of the individual, that are indivisible under the tenets of the Bill Of Rights as established by the framers of the U.S. Cons titution.

Americanism and American are two different things. Americanism isn't any different than Communism, Humanism, Socialism, Catholicism, Judaism, Capitalism, etc. An "ism" is a dissenting philosophy that divides and corrupts communication between human souls. Simply speaking, the people remain divided by ideology. Dissension is possible, but Unity is not plausible.

Only a Republic of American citizens, decidedly in favor of a government of the people, by the people, and unto the people, can bring forth the unity in spirit and body in which human rights are considered sacred under the principles of law. As long as popular vote can outweigh the common sense of the "Common Law," the citizens are kept impoverished hostages in their own land.

The difference between Americanism (Democracy) and Communism (Socialism) is that one keeps you enslaved by monetary rule and the other by military rule. Unless the power to rule remains in the hands of the people, the minority will rule the majority, because the majority is beguiled by the false promises of the minority (politicians) who refuse to police themselves in light of becoming genuine Statesmen who have the best interests of the populace at heart.

The Democracy in America does not favor the people, but "Big Business." Such a government is the primary reason for domestic problems. Only in a Republic, where the public governs the elected, will it be possible to protect the indivisible rights of every individual. As long as special interest groups can lobby the Legislative branch for favors, the electorate will suffer as a result. All because the Spirit of the Law and the Letter of the Law are in conflict of interest, because the Letter of the Law h as been twisted by the individual or organization with a selfish interest.

The Spirit of the Law is in favor of the well being of the people while the Letter of the Law, under a Democracy, is in favor of whomever is tied into the interests of "Big Business." And, of course, who doesn't know that "Big Business" is the offspring of the International Banking Cartels? The forefathers wrote the Bill Of Rights to prove that the purpose of the U.S. Constitution was for the well being and prosperity of the people.

The United States is not the only Country where a Democracy has been established. Great Britain has been a Democracy ever since the "Magna Carta" was signed by King John. King George III, of course, didn't uphold the tenets of the document anymore than the Senate Judiciary Committee did in the case of Judge Thomas and others.

It is no wonder why the Soviet Union is willing to become a Democracy. Under the tenets of Communism the military did rule by the underhanded tactics of the KGB. (The FBI and CIA has done very similar things here in the United States.)

It didn't take President Gorbachev very long to realize that the "Arms Race" was foolish - if not insane. Why continue to build a nuclear arsenal unless the idiocy of mutual annihilation is your justification. So, in keeping with reason, Gorbachev began to evaluate the alternatives. He saw that the people had no interest in serving a State that led towards mutual annihilation. The people did what they had to do as long as the KGB was looking on. The State provided jobs for everyone and everyone pretend ed they were working for the best interests of the State. In truth, Gorbachev did realize that he had better transform the Communist Party from a State of military rule into a State of monetary rule. Hence, democratization.

Just as "a rose is a rose by any other name," Communism is the same, regardless of how you play the game. An "ism" is an "ism" that is an "ism." If you are going to "rule the people," then it is best that you let them tear each other apart rather than have you and/or your Communist Party do it. It works best to create a "dog eat dog society."

Gorbachev may have called his ideology "new thinking." In truth, however, he was planning a name change just as the U.S. Government does for a witness (snitch) under the "Federal Protection Program." He simply knew that the Communist Party had to have a new image. While planning to dismantle the military rule, Gorbachev planned on building the might of monetary rule - where the people would gladly enjoy enslavement - the same as the majority does in the United States, United Kingdom and other places. Th e Almighty Dollar in place of the Almighty Nuclear Arsenal and/or the Almighty God. Of course, Gorbachev rudely discovered that the hard liners of the Communist Party weren't quite getting the idea. That's why he was nearly overthrown. In the end, as many do, he realized that he needed the conniving help of the West to bring about Democratization.

Many Countries throughout the world are becoming Democracies. Not all these Democracies are Democracies like the United States. It will take years of education to "brain wash" the population into believing that it is good. But, by the incentive of appealing to their selfishness, lust and greed, the dictators will be able to hide their own, and remain in office without the fear of an overthrow.

Great Britain is a Democracy. It is under Parliamentary Rule. Hence, it is a Constitutional Monarchy. Instead of the King being the head of the government, the Lords that once served the King are now in control of the people. In Great Britain you are guilty until proven innocent.

America today is very similar to Great Britain. The basic difference, is that here, unlike there, it is supposed to be that you are innocent until proven guilty. Until the Judge Thomas Hearings, I am certain that many thought that a Democracy was the government of the Land. In fact, I know it, for that is what is being taught by the educators and politicians. In truth, America was not founded to be a Democracy. It was designed by the framers to be a Republic. A government for the people, by the people and unto the people. Since then, the government of the framers has vanished. It started with the influx of English lawyers who twisted the Rule of Law to serve their selfish ends. More laws than necessary are written to keep the lawyers from starving or doing a decent day's work.

In the beginning you didn't have to be a lawyer to be elected to the Executive, Legislative or Judicial branch. Theoretically speaking, it appears to be the same way. In reality, however, it is preferred that you are a lawyer.

The end of the Republic of America, and the beginning of the Democracy of the United States, happened when the English bankers were able to lobby and change monetary policy regarding who would have power to coin. At the moment the Legislative branch allowed the establishment of the Federal Reserve (which is a private corporation, the same as General Motors), the downfall of the Republic of America was finalized. U.S. Constitutional law was cast out for all practical purposes and Maritime law was in for di abolical purposes. And, of course, the rhetoric of upholding the United States Constitution became the pageantry of ceremony. But, in truth, the tyranny began, for taxation without representation was in effect.

The American dream remains, but the United States reality of a downtrodden, mis-educated and misrepresented people is in existence throughout the land. If anyone did what the Senate Judiciary Committee did, they would be tried for a seditious act. Yet, the Legislative branch of the State can write the law but not have to uphold the law they write because they exempt themselves. If this is not favoring yourself above and beyond the people you are supposed to be governed by, I just don't know what unfair h appens to mean for Christ sake.

There are many things I'd like to say to help dispel the false beliefs that we have been taught by our peers. At this time, and in this way, I find that it is not possible to do so with all fairness. It is best that I leave the reader with food for thought. It is sufficient to say that the Legislative branch enjoys the Republic of America (fruits of labor) that the framers of the U.S. Constitution and Bill Of Rights did intend, while the populace is kept within the Democracy of the United States that the Legislative branch created by the mis-appropriation of the "Rule of Law."

It is no wonder why domestic issues are never solved. Jurisprudence does favor the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branch of the State. The government is out of control, for the people are the governed, rather than the government. And I dare say, unless an act of God does come upon the land, it will stay that way for this generation and every generation that appears upon this earth. All because when you do not fight for your spiritual rights you soon discover that you have no human rights to fight f or.

The only thing that stands in the way of destroying the will of man by mental manipulation is the "Church of the Living God." That Church is not a building made by the hands of men or women. That Church, that Divine Parish, is within the human, as the soul memory of their privileged station with the God of their heart. Until the voice of every American does begin to sing "Give me liberty or give me death," America will be a death camp where the soul of every citizen will remain bewildered, if not destroy ed, by the wicked deceits of those that delight in manipulating the "Rule of Law" to serve their own dastardly deeds.

It is the Will of God that every citizen throughout the world, and especially in America, is a sovereign citizen in heaven and upon earth. Yet, I dare say that there are other forces in the world at large, and within this country in specific, that foolishly believe they have the God given right to rule the mind and heart of mankind.

Why listen to me? I am not good like Jesus Christ. Likewise, I am not bad as decreed by St. Paul. I am just a nobody. My credentials are minuscule. A voice crying out from the wilderness where another man has stood before me and said, "Prepare yourself for the coming of the Lord." What happened to him? He was beheaded! I suspect that hundreds have cried that plight in one way or another while stationed upon earth. Martin Luther King said that he saw the top of the mountain. He was right whe n he declared that he might not get there with the people. Someone or some group thought it well to kill him so that he would be separated from his people, the same as the evil have been trying to keep God and His people separated.

Certain people have always stood up in this world and begun to awaken the people to a better way. They dared voice what their heart perceived. Many were laughed at, scolded, scoffed, maimed and killed. The prophets of olden times were laughed at by the people of their day. They died never seeing their prophecies realized. In faith they spoke, in faith they died, holding onto the promise that the Living God would send forth a Messiah to free the people. It wasn't until the arrival of Jesus that their p rophecies were fulfilled. It took 4,000 years for many of those people to rest in peace. Many have come forth since. They may not have been considered prophets. Rather, insane men and women who dared to care for a people who refuse to care for themselves or each other. How few did listen to them. As a result how many suffer today. Suffering because a sick society dictates a false sense of security by educating the people to believe in a mind-set based upon false morals and ethics that are not in alig nment with the Word of God.

Did the minority that ruled (in the day of the prophets) care about the spirit of compassion more so than the passion of the flesh? Obviously not! This is precisely why the majority suffers.

No wonder this generation is lost. The ancestry refused to discern the truth and refused to properly awaken their offspring to the validity of what Jesus was trying to relate unto them. The masses have been led astray from common sense.

No wonder the people are like lambs going to slaughter.

Following the instincts of the flesh seems to be more important than the intuition of the soul. Havoc will continue to destroy the will of man to stand upright. His conscience will be rent asunder unless he can stop the idiocy of raping and pillaging the land and the mind of his neighbors. And likewise, the minds and hearts of the people who are the offspring of the Almighty. He will remain uptight for the fright of his soul nature has been corrupted by the delights of those that educated his mind to be lieve in the policies of the Almighty Dollar, more so than the Word of the Almighty God that brought his entity into being. From cradle to grave his lot will be that of the beast. His craft will be cunning deceit. His aim will be to rule and his ambition to enslave. He will hide behind the intelligence gleaned by the education given unto him by his peers. He will forsake wisdom by misapplying his efforts to set himself into the freedom of the Almighty by deliberately desiring to set his neighbor free f rom the ignorance passed into the humanity by the "sins of the fathers"; namely, his ancestry.

If the society is to become well, then it would be well for the Legislative branch of the government to rule that candidates for elective office be discouraged from receiving donations from businesses. In fact, since the government is the people, truly so, the people should vote that the State set aside whatever funds are necessary to help whomever feels they have the talent to become a Statesman on behalf of the people. This action alone would prevent "Big Business" from interfering with the prosperity o f the people.

All political parties, such as the Republicans and Democrats, should be abolished. Everyone should belong to one party, the American Party. All who are born in this country should have nothing blocking them from running for office. Just as much as everyone should have a decent education. Likewise, everyone born in this country should have the right to run for office in this land. I realize that it reads that way, but it isn't that way in reality. It should be a reality.

It should be against the law for anyone to lobby congress. Congress should be reserved for the benefit of the people of this land, before the people of another land.

It should be against the law for anyone to serve more than one term. This way the government has less chance to be corrupted. Everyone would do better, for they wouldn't dare put into law what they would be stuck with once they were out of office.

Maritime law should apply strictly to business, while Constitutional law should apply strictly to the people.

Businesses should pay tax, but people shouldn't pay tax. It is not necessary if the government is properly run.

It should be against the law for more money to go out of this country than comes into this country.

Realize, you are not an Afro-American, an Irish-American, a German-American, a Jewish-American, an English-American, a Polish-American, an Indian-American, etc. That's damn non-sense. You are simply an American because you exist in the United States. Did you hear the word - United States? As a citizen of this country you are an American. You have the personal responsibility to unite all states of mind for the unity of well being.

You are out of your mind if you think for one second that you have a right to be against anyone for any reason whatsoever. You have no right to rule anyone. You can't even rule yourself. The God of your heart is in control. If His Loves are not your loves then, at some level or another, you are out of control. You have the right to rule your environment and that's about as far as your personal power goes. And, in order to do that properly you need the RULE OF LAW to help you. To be free you must be fini shed with dead thinking of the past.

You exist and you are here, like it or not. If you don't like the way things are, then change the way you are looking at them. Your outlook determines the outcome of how you look out from behind your eyes. Don't deceive yourself when you look and you'll see beyond the deception. It is called looking at life in plain sight. Clearly, you are an American. An American is prejudiced in only one sense. That is the COMMON SENSE OF THE COMMON LAW. The RULE OF LAW IS KING IN THIS COUNTRY.

This is not a Country of favoring any specific people (regardless of how it looks), but a country of COMMON LAW! All races, colors, creeds, national origins and sexual genders are welcome here. The only requirement to be an American is to leave the past behind, for it didn't work for the ancestry; and you should know god damn well, that it won't work for you either. So, if you are ready, willing and able to live life to the fullest, then get up and go for it, and help the world become a better place to l ive in once and for all. The God of your heart and/or the God of your choice has talented you to be able to do so. You are born with no excuse. So why waste your life, like the ancestry did with their life, trying to make excuses that won't stand in the light of day?

Should you not be able to do so because you are lame, downtrodden or broken-hearted - then seek help for Christ sake. The world is your oyster and your are the pearl of wisdom!

People in this land should be educated as to what it truly means to be an American. An American should be looked at as an individual who has arisen beyond the prejudices of their ancestral lineage. A people that govern themselves by policing their thoughts, to ensure that only the qualitative thought-forms, which hold each other in high self esteem, are propagated in relationship to each other.

I am saying that we should educate ourselves to interact with each other, regardless of race, color, creed, national origin or sexual gender, in such a way that we are proud to know each other because we are becoming more of ourselves for doing so. Unto myself, this is being humane. Whatever is humane must be a win-win situation for one and for all. When we choose to do that, and I doubt that any legislation in the world has the God given authority to make us do so, is when the Spirit of God will be noti ced by the people, for His Will - will be the will of the people. Then we can truly say we are ONE NATION UNDER GOD!

Let's join the human race by living through grace rather than subjugating ourselves to the particulars of race, color, creed, national origin or sexual gender. There is a life of the "Living God" to fulfill ourselves upon while here. A prosperous life, an abundant life. After all, isn't this supposed to be the land of milk and honey, the land of the free?

Let's get with it! In fact, let's demand of Congress that we do!
