This is the pleasure afforded man to mind himself. When he does he has good morale. It is his moral obligation to submit to his common sense. It is his business to police his thoughts, to think them in the light of the truth until they are void of negativity. It is his greatness to be capable of doing so. When he does he thinks well of himself and others.
It is his love for the Truth to employ this foreknowledge that sets him into the freedom of going into business for himself, to be himself, as the practical way of minding the storehouse of his own intelligence. In this manner the imagination (fantasy) will remain harnessed to help prevent the possibility of egotism (self-importance) from destroying the character of his assigned integrity.
Henry (Brooks) Adams (1838-1918), an American historian, did write, "Man is an imperceptible atom always trying to become one with God."
When man is still in mind he will realize in body what his God knows in heart; that they are One, as Father and Son, like the Sun and Sunlight in a great harmonious play.
I believe when man quits trying to be at one with his God he will then be the One who is satisfied with being embodied for all practical purposes. Effort need not be applied, when yearning for the light of His awareness will do. In the good deed of this great work the necessary revelation will internally dawn upon him to remain grounded in his amusement, without the desire to entertain or participate in a fabled search that leads him astray from the wisdom of wholesome perception (One, as Father and Son, l ike the Sun and Sunlight in a great harmonious play.) If he strays he will only suffer a self imposed exile when departing himself through listening to what he should not make his business; and not listening to himself that is his business to own.
Ignorance compels man to leave the womb and crawl on his hands and knees like an animal who has lost his way, and truly knows not where he goes or what he does. In time, since he is known to be of a higher genius, he will quickly learn to stand up on two feet and walk upright until he balances himself, and then moves forward to carry onward in his quest for selfhood.
As the childish years pass, he will continue to learn what he seemed to forget until he can forget no more that he was happily taught in the spirit and sorrowfully forgot in the flesh. Between the birth and death of the body he will remember to ascend beyond the others who forgot they descended to occupy the body; or, he will descend further than need be because he has forgotten how to ascend - like the child who learned it was graceful for him to get up, walk upright and go forward with the intent to man t he mind of the body for Christ sake.
No man moves forward to see new heights, physical or psychical, until he does straighten up with the intent to be upright. It is then that the sincere walk through the labyrinth of earth life can be enjoyed beyond the belief of those who remained downright in a stupor.
We first walk as an obedient child or fall down because we are not respectful to the laws of gravity governing the physical reality. Sooner or later, we balance ourselves through trial and error, and go forward for play.
Obedience to natural law does count when the desire is compelling man to go forward in body or mind. It doesnÍt matter if the task of learning to walk or think is painful. The laws of nature are impersonal, impartial and neutral. Nature doesnÍt care how often we fall. Her attention is directing us to get back up and move forward in our endeavor to walk well and think well. When we arise we are often gladly surprised. What we thought we could not do, we find ourselves doing well when demanded of us. Mother N ature is, "She who must be obeyed." Her lessons are given to teach us about our highest good, which seems strange and upsetting while undergoing a mental metamorphosis.
Once we have learned the lessons taught in the spirit during the upbringing, we grow up and unfold mentally very much like we did physically; except, we do the psychical aspect consciously. We step forward to carry onward without regard to whether the left or right foot does the leading, or whether a positive or negative thought entered our mind, with the intent to commune with our existence as a light being. We recognize we are senior to thought. We are spirit born of immoral fire, well endowed with the gu ts and tenacity to endure through trials and tribulations.
The elegance of insight affords us the opportunity of exercising second sight to reflect upon first impressions that are often negative in appearance until they are positively polarized by the clarity of our wholesome perception.
We are positively from the God of Nature, we need not doubt this truth. Therefore, we do not have need to think negative about the flesh garb of the body; nor, I might add, do we have need to think negative of others who are but like ourselves at the core of their being. After all, we are here to embody the quality of lifestyle that we desire in mind to enjoy as love in the heart of eternity. Since the eternity begins now for us, now it is up to us to participate in doing the good of every moment by thinkin g of thoughts that are well doing in relationship to others.
It is our aim of well being to interact with others in such a divine way that they are afforded the opportunity of knowing themselves greatly as never before; and, we shall likewise know ourselves when we later reflect upon how well we treated them. To say one thing and think another is the lot of a coward. Thinking well of another before you speak from the heart takes the mental discipline and courage of remaining in love with the truth of inspiring well beingness.
What man does in the downstairs of the earth will he do upstairs, for the world is the planetary mansion housing levels of higher and lower consciousness that are never-ending. If he is conscious enough to give unto others what he desires most for himself, doing it gladly without hesitation or reservation, he deliberately receives ten (10) fold from the spiritual realm that bears his name and remembers his courage.
The society of man teaches other men defense mechanisms until all men are bewildered and confused because of the machinations that trouble the mind and heart. If man could learn that he is his own best friend or worse enemy then other men could begin to learn to respect others by thinking differently for all to go well.
Every man is unique. So unique that there isnÍt any need for competition. Man competes to be better than another man because he has learned to go insane in trying to accomplish his endeavors. Man is not called by his Creator to die but to live by coming alive in applying himself to spiritual principles leading him towards the pleasure of regeneration for well being.
When man is a child he thinks like the child that is taught to be in agreement with the ways of a decadent society through persistence or resistance. At a certain age the child is faced a man, but manhood will not descend upon him until he undergoes the rite of passage intuitively guiding him beyond his instinctive intelligence. The same as a caterpillar instinctively undergoes metamorphosis to gain the status of the butterfly, the child faced a man must undergo a metaphysical psychosis to gain the station of manhood for well being. By doing so, he is liberated to be himself and/or unlike anyone else save his Creator.
Man must learn that his Creator did not create him like bodies procreate. He came forth from the inner planes to be like His Creator. It was done by the grace of his God, not by the will of himself. The problems he seems to have with others are the same problems that others would like for His Creator to have with him. Since his Creator is in love with the man He remains blind, deaf and dumb. Man is always alone unto his God, the same as his God is alone unto Himself as the Man of the higher selfhood. When a lone man cannot only see this truth but realize this reality. He recognizes that loving himself is simply letting others love themselves as he has learned to do for well being; to say and do nothing that will encourage another to depart from the joy of being well pleased with themselves.
Love is what makes the world go around they say. This is true for love is a mathematical precise energy that holds the entire universe together. Birds of a feather flocking together and people of like minds. Problems begin when we think that something is wrong when it only appears to be that way. WeÍve been told not to judge a book by its cover. Neither should we judge that something is wrong when the God of choice is seeing to it that all things are learning lessons for well being.
Henry (Brooks) Adams is quoted as saying further, "We shall some day catch an abstract truth by the tail, and then we shall have our religion and our immortality." May that day be now where the moment of glory is in understanding this enlightening story as one does an article of clothing well suited to their taste.
The Greek philosopher Democritus (460 B.C.) wrote, "The first principles of the universe are atoms and empty space; everything else is merely thought to exist. Further, the atoms are unlimited in size and number, and they are borne along in the whole universe in a vortex, and thereby generate all composite things - fire, water, air, earth; for even these are conglomerations of given atoms. Whatever is, is right."
The happiness for man begins when the unhappiness he has been taught to believe in ends. That moment exists in time and space because the light of man is a spiritual being (atom). He radiates when he rejoices in being himself in spite of the others who refuse to accept his calling of giving unto his body the quality of lifestyle that he desires in mind for the eternity. The Masters of all ages have presented the beatific vision of self acceptance. The message is simple to hear for those who have ears aimed at listening. First, love (energize) yourself then try the world of others on for size is the religion (re-linking) of life that is eternal and within the grasp of the brave and courageous at heart.
May all be inspired never to change until they are grounded in amusement that they could have nearly thrown their life away for another not well suited for them to die in trying to uphold.
