I'd tell my foster parents the truth and they'd send me back to the juvenile hall. I'd tell the police the truth and I'd get in trouble. How come? Such people couldn't stand the truth for they condemned the truth by condemning me for sharing the truth with them. Inadvertently they taught me to be a liar because they couldn't stand the truth, and this is the truth. Always trying to teach me something which they themselves never learned, namely to love the truth, for the sake of the truth. I rebelled by stayi ng a child, vivacious and wild while they grew old, tormenting each other by emotional slaughter. I acted upon the truth through my desire to remain carefree.
Adults said I had to grow up and learn. Ignorantly they desired to break my spirit and therefore my information which was connected directly to the truth of God, my Father. In other words, they tried to slay the Person within my heart who revealed the truth unto myself for safe keeping. Wonderful!
We (as a people) are all basically the same. Only our egomania will say otherwise. Anyone in the same situation under the same circumstances will do the same thing. People eat each other alive when they are not watching out for the best interests of another.
Murphy's law is a reality. "If it can happen it will happen." The news stories aren't new. They've been happening since the days of antiquity. They are nothing but the story of "Cain and Abel." When are we going to grow up and come to understand that another game exists? It's called Seth. The way of regeneration (going back the other way) rather than generation (same old thing).
Jesus told the truth and got killed for it. "I am the way, truth and life" - John 14:6. Great! Do you want to be killed for telling the truth? I don't think so. Then why this compulsion to tell the truth when it has already been told? After all, silence is golden. Could it be that we do not believe that the truth is the truth?
I've been what people call a spiritual teacher for many years. Everyone who discovered the truth by the presence of myself in their life got madder than hell at me. It wasn't my truth. I just simply stood up for it. Jesus already told the truth. Many did before Him. Of course, no one told it like He did for He was the Truth. The others simply reflected upon the truth. Jesus was the truth Itself, therefore, the Life of the Truth which is Love Itself.
We have millions that don't believe what I just said. But, like it or not, it's the truth. And only the life experience of the individual, if that holy state of mind is ever reached, will be able to validate such a realization.
I can't tell the truth and that's the truth. On one side it looked like I lied. Yet, I didn't. I made an accurate statement. How can I tell the truth when it's already been told by Jesus? I can tune into it and reveal it, and in doing so it reveals my honesty to you. Then you will realize the truth and be free of further explanation. You won't need me for you will have yourself in the truth. And when you are in the truth you are in good with yourself. That's where your real love life begins, with you! The t ruth needs no defense. It stands on its own merit of being for real in its own reality. "Man be true to thyself."
I do not need to marvel at not being able to tell the truth. Jesus admonished His disciples not to marvel at what He did. What did He do? He reported the truth about His Father (Spirit). In doing so, He authored the book of love or the LOVE OF LIFE. He opened the way, truth and life of the Supreme Being. "I by myself can do nothing. The Father within me doeth the works"-John 14:10. Though I cannot tell the truth,the truth is told in my inability to tell it. Like Jesus, I by myself can do nothing. What I c annot do is done by the Father (Feeder) within me while I practice not trying to do it.
Again, I cannot tell the truth. Yet, while I cannot tell it - I have told it. Therefore, I am able to reconcile the paradox which most people say can't be done. Yet, I've done it and that's that. What can I say? I am capable! Let all the jealous people eat their hearts out. I've paid my dues in learning how to stop lying to myself and others!
The most wonderful thing about knowing the truth is that you are free to speak without fear of reprisal. You can say what you have mind to say. You can speak, like I speak, when there is no malice in your heart. The truth is within everyone as the kingdom of heaven. They can hear from the echo chamber of their kinship with God or Divine Life.
Within you is the testimony of the Divine Human, represented by Jesus. You don't need to be Jesus to speak your mind. As Jesus allowed the Christ to speak the truth, He became the truth that was speaking through Him. He and the God of His Heart became One or made atonement with each other. Like Father like Son. The same process works upon us when we learn how to say what we mean and mean what we say. We only need to realize that the truth is with us while we speak. This is being obedient to common sense.
The next time you try to speak the truth, realize that it has been spoken in the silence of your heart. All you can do is open up and tell it like it is. This is reporting the truth. Again, I must warn you. "Be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves" - Matthew 10:16, in the delivery of your message. Most people are stuck on mental image pictures of what the truth is supposed to be, rather than realizing what it is in reality.
In most cases, while growing up, the truth was that I didn't need to tell my wife, foster parents or the police the truth. They knew it already. They only wanted me to confirm what they suspected. They made me suspect of what they were suspicious of. Rather than not judge me, they condemned me. This left me feeling invalidated, not to mention very confused.
"Pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. - Matthew 6:6" That's the admonishment which Jesus reported in holy script. My life experience has taught me well that no man has the intellectual, philosophical or moralistic right to interfere with the private, and protected place and psychic space of your divine providence with the Supreme Being.
Those who desire to know the truth have the soul responsibility of not condemning or punishing the individual who has enough guts to reveal it.
Biblically speaking, "Cain killed Abel." God marked Cain, the people were told not to harm Cain. The reasoning was simple. As human beings we are representatives of the truth about God. Cain represented faith. Abel represented charity.
When Cain killed Abel, he killed charity in his heart. This left only faith. As stated, "Faith without works is dead" - James 2:20. Furthermore, Cain without Abel reveals no brotherhood or mutual understanding. Consequently, without "Cain (faith) and Abel (charity)", no fellowship can take place as a harmonious reality.
Jesus represented the resurrection of Abel. With Jesus being ABLE to not die, He saved man-kind the disgrace of not being ABLE to make restitution upon their divine institution of brotherhood with each other. Mankind need only keep their faith or be able to become marked like Cain. The children of God are marked in the world. They have the faith that the God of their heart is living with them by all they say and do. Yes, even while they undergo the chastisement of the worldly people who don't have the sligh test idea as to how to perceive the truth rather than intellectualize its magnificence.
People get along as long as faith and charity are in cooperation with one another. We call that a "win-win" situation. Biblically speaking, "Wherever two or more are gathered in my name (nature) there I am" - Matthew 18:20. The presence of God is heralded upon earth.
The truth may be told in as many ways as there are people to report it. We have many faiths (religious beliefs) upon this planet. Each of them is suitable for those who are at that level of need. Yet, there is only one way, truth and life of applying charity or being Abel. You must rise to the occasion and become the brother to another which you need for yourself so that the peace of mind which you see may descend upon you from on high or from the hello of your inside selfhood.
Most people are "beside themselves". Left or right of center doesn't cut the mustard. Being centered is not right or left exclusively. It's more than meets the eye of the lower mind. High mindedness is right mindedness with the Creator for blessing upon yourself in right fellowship with your fellow man. Your fellow human beings need to get right with themselves and they will learn what "right mindedness" is for Christ sake.
Obviously, the "Cain and Abel" story has been going on throughout the history of man. Those who are killed by the Cains of the world do themselves injustice by invoking man made laws which kill in return by "capital punishment". You have heard it said, "An eye for an eye. But, I say unto you love those which hate you. - Matthew 5:38,44
It is not loving to kill anyone for any reason whatsoever. No one can be a Christian, or decent person, and kill another human being by premeditated means of Courts and Juries. That's not civilized. It's humanism. Any "ism" is a chasm between the Creator and mankind. It's inhumane. Man's inhumanity towards man has always proven to be a charade of ill will and not good will.
The Apostle Paul (Saul) killed Stephen. Stephen was a disciple of Jesus. The Lord said, "Saul what are you doing to me" - Acts 22:7. The Lord did not kill Paul. He put him to work for him. Where would Christianity be, the real kind, without Paul? Moses killed a man before he was commissioned to do the bidding of the Lord. Jesus never harmed a man in his life and was killed for being so good. Come on now, someone is fooling someone in this TRUTH GAME.
Devils or possessed people always want to be told the TRUTH because it doesn't live in their heart. They want to destroy the very people who would not destroy them. They malign, maim and destroy the financial, mental, spiritual and physical life of anyone in their way of self righteousness.
Most of humanity has been fooled as to what the truth is honestly. It absolves or acquits anyone who has enough guts to "own up" to their mistakes. The world would be in a lot better position if people didn't have a fear of reprisal to deal with. It would be heaven upon earth.
Until we begin to honor truth and allow perfected love to issue from our being through the personalities which carry our name, we shall suffer the hell of not being able to release ourselves from ignorance. No enlightenment is possible until honesty is the hallmark of personal creed among man.
The problem most people have is that they have taken it upon themselves to do the work of God, that is, choose who is forgiven because of their written law. The Good Lord has forgiven everyone. If He didn't, then His walk to the Cross of Crucifixion and resurrection from that man made tree was in vain. We forget that we are all marked as Cain by God. "All things whatever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them." - Matthew 7:12
The Lord died so that all men might know that only with God in your heart can you live rightly without taking thought upon doing so on your own initiative. We cannot righteously punish another person because the Lord has not activated His lifeforce within them by our laws. "That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit." - John 3:6
We need to let go and let God do the law giving from within each person. There is universal law which governs each member of mankind if we would only get out of the way and allow it to do the Divine working. We are too much in the space of each other. We interfere with the Divine operation of the holy law of life. That's the sin or mistake which we continually misperceive. Let's awaken and take our stand upon the "rock of certainty" that something within us is helping us to understand real truth from the fa lse lie.
